David Thomson
David is an operational business leader with a finance background, and has spent the last 25 years in MD and CEO roles in a wide variety of businesses, from SME’s to multi-national conglomerates. He has led businesses through some very challenging situations such as turnaround, strategic business reorganization, major restructuring, M&A transactions and post-acquisition integration.
David has worked across many sectors, including Automotive, Utilities, Smart Energy, Technology, Private Equity and Consulting, and has run businesses across Europe, the Americas, Asia Pacific and the Middle East.

Jonathan is an engineer and business leader. He has lived and worked in more than ten countries, holding CEO, COO, CPO and CSRO (Strategy and Risk) roles during his 30 years in Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Technology, Aerospace, Automotive, Property, Private Equity and Consulting.
He has broad situational experience across start-ups, SMEs and FTSE 250 businesses going through significant change; including turnaround, year-on-year growth >50%, outsourcing, mergers, acquisitions, business sales, IPOs and, of course, pandemics.
